We process account information such as email address and display name; game information such as progress, settings, and owned content; transaction references and delivery status; and security information such as IP address, device/browser details, timestamps, and error logs.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, cloud saves, purchases, and customer support.
• Secure accounts, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, and resolve payment disputes.
• Meet accounting, payment-network, and legal obligations.

Service providers

We use contracted infrastructure, database, email, analytics, and payment providers only as needed to operate the service. Payment processors receive payment information directly; we do not store full card numbers.

Retention and choices

Account and game records are kept while the account is active. Transaction and security records may be retained longer where required for tax, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance. To request access, correction, or deletion, email support@miss-studio.com.

Children

Cozy Table is not directed to children under 13. Users who cannot consent to data processing in their jurisdiction should use the service only with a parent or legal guardian.
